Yes. Synomi has no document limits — you pay a fixed monthly price and send as many invoices as you need. We don't want to stand in the way of your business growing — we want to cheer it on.
Yes — every invoice, timesheet and report is generated in Dutch, whatever language you work in. You use Synomi in English, your client gets a document in proper Dutch.
You tap Daisy and tell her what to do: send an invoice, start a timesheet, log your kilometres. In your own words, no memorised commands — and if she doesn't understand something, she'll ask. Speech is recognised on your phone and we don't store audio recordings.

The base package is a solid Dutch bike that takes you where you need to go — and the add-on modules (OCR scanner, GPS mileage, Working hours, Calendar & admin, Inventory, Projects, Daisy AI…) turn it into a limousine. You don't have to, but you can. The Dutch tax office doesn't require you to sign a contract with an accounting firm. You can file on the Belastingdienst website yourself using DigiD — you fill in the declaration and you sign it. Do keep in mind that Synomi won't file the declaration for you and won't represent you before the tax office — Synomi helps you run your business. We work with accounting firms all over the Netherlands — if you'd like one, drop us a line, we'll be happy to help.
Your data lives on our own server in a Dutch data centre — not in some anonymous cloud — and is encrypted with a separate key for every company. You manage your company's data yourself; we just look after it on your behalf. No ads, no trackers, no selling data. You can export everything with one click and delete your account yourself. The subscription never renews by itself — no silent charges; you approve every payment consciously (iDEAL). You buy 1, 3, 6 or 12 months at a time; if you don't extend, it simply expires and your data switches to read-only so you can download your documents. You can delete your account at any time.
