Will my client or friend pay more because of this?

No. The commissions and rewards come out of Synomi’s own margin — the price list is the same for everyone, referred or not.

How is the firm’s commission paid out?

Once a month. You watch your commission build up in the Settlements tab, tick the items and send Synomi one consolidated invoice — no paperwork marathon.

What if a client already works with another firm?

A client has one active firm in Synomi and chooses which one themselves. The commission goes to the firm that actually looks after them.

How many friends can I refer?

As many as you like. The programme has no limit and no expiry date — every friend with a paid package is another free month for you.
