1.1. These Terms set out the rules of the “Month for a Month” Referral Programme (the “Programme”), operated within the Synomi service (synomi.ai) and intended for Synomi users.

1.3. In matters not covered by these Terms, the Synomi Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy apply accordingly.
3.1. The Referrer may share their Referral link with any number of people.
3.2. Reward for the Friend: a Friend who creates an account using the Referral link receives — after the trial period ends and the First paid Package is booked — 30 days of free access to the Synomi basic package.
3.3. Reward for the Referrer: as soon as the Friend's First paid Package is booked, the validity of the Referrer's subscription is extended by 30 days.
3.4. The Referrer's Rewards accumulate without limit — each subsequent Friend with a First paid Package means another 30 days.
3.5. Participation in the Programme does not affect prices — the Synomi price list is the same for everyone.
3.6. Participation in the Programme — including sharing the Referral link and viewing accrued Rewards — takes place exclusively on the synomi.ai website. Programme features are not available in the mobile application downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
3.7. Accounts taking part in the Partner Programme for Accounting Firms may not participate in the Programme as Referrers — accounting firms are remunerated with a commission under the rules set out in the Accounting Firm Programme Terms.
4.1. The Reward is provided exclusively as an extension of access to Synomi. It cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or paid out in any form.
4.2. The Reward is credited automatically and is visible in the user's account as an extension of the validity period.
5.1. The following in particular are prohibited: referring yourself or your own companies (including entities personally or financially related to you), creating fictitious accounts, creating further accounts for a company that has already used Synomi, and distributing the Referral link in a manner that is misleading or unlawful (spam).
5.2. One company (KvK number) may take part in the Programme as a Friend only once.
5.3. In the event of a justified suspicion of abuse, the Organiser may withhold crediting of the Reward until the matter is clarified and, if the abuse is confirmed, cancel unduly credited Rewards and exclude the user from the Programme.
6.1. The Organiser may amend these Terms, notifying users by email 14 days in advance. Continued participation in the Programme after the changes take effect constitutes their acceptance.
6.2. The Organiser may terminate the Programme in whole or in part at any time, without giving a reason, notifying users by email 30 days in advance.
6.3. Rewards credited up to the date a change takes effect or up to the date the Programme ends remain valid. After the Programme ends, no new Rewards are credited — this also applies to referrals made before the end of the Programme if the First paid Package occurred after its end.
7.1. In matters not regulated herein, the laws of the Netherlands apply.
7.2. Disputes are resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Organiser's registered office (Rotterdam).
